Small habits. A longer story.

Care depends on the leather and finish of your bag. Follow any care instructions supplied with your item, and ask us before applying a treatment if you are unsure.

After everyday use

Gently remove surface dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive brushes, household cleaners, bleach and soaking.

If your bag gets wet

Blot gently with a clean cloth and allow it to dry naturally in a ventilated place. Keep it away from radiators, hair dryers and direct heat.

Between outings

Store it dry, away from strong sunlight. Lightly support its shape with clean paper and use a breathable cover. Avoid sealing damp leather in plastic.

Before conditioning

Check that a product is suitable for the specific leather finish. Patch-test on a hidden area and let it dry before treating a visible surface. Treatments may darken leather.
